Pilates is a slow, controlled form of exercise which targets the deep abdominal muscles. Pilates has many benefits, and can help you strenghten your core, eradicate back pain, improve your posture, relieve tension in tight muscles, increase your flexibility and help you relax. Not many other forms of exercise offer you all this in just one hour!

If you are suffering with lower back pain, not sleeping well, and/or want some "me" time, then Pilates will certainly help you. Doctor's, physiotherapists and Osteopaths all condone Pilates as a safe and effective way of treating back pain.

I have an open friendly, yet methodical approach too teaching , making it incredibly beneficial to anyone new to Pilates

You'll walk away from my classes feeling 3 inches taller, you'll take away practical hints and tips from each class, to transfer into day-to-day life too, to really help improve your posture.

Class Descriptions

L1 Pilates - for beginners, rehabilitation & pregnancy, this class will teach simple, precise movements, allowing you to build understanding.
L2 Pilates - this general class level will build on what was learned in Pilates L1 and develop further strength, stability and heighten the mind-body awareness.
